One Pot Pasta Recipe using our Jollof Sauce!
Ingredients
- 300ml Jollof Sauce
- 500g of dry pasta of choice
- 1 litre of water or stock
- Sausages/frankfurters or any other protein of choice (optional)
- Vegetables of your choice chopped
- Seasoning of your choice including chilli (optional)
- Cheese of your choice (optional grated or block to grate)
Cooking Instructions
- Add all your ingredients except the cheese into a pot
- Stir, cover and set cooking programme (for this recipe, we are using our 15 in 1 Ninja Foodi multi cooker,
- Switch to pressure mode, set cooking time to 4 mins using the quick release function. (This should work for a regular pressure cooker as well).
- Once the set time run out and steam is released, open the lid and mix well
- Dish, and top with some grated cheese if you like
Note
For this recipe, we have used frankfurters, peas, sweet corn and carrots. And we have also used 500ml of stock and 500ml of water and we have cooked this dish in our 15 in 1 Ninja multi-cooker. We also added some chilli as we enjoy some spice in our household.
