2–3 unripe plantains

🍳 Cooking Instructions

Peel and chop plantains into 1–2cm cubes. Add to a pot.

Stir in chilli and vegtables (if using). Cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once plantains are soft, remove from heat.
