2β3 unripe plantains

Vegetables of your choice, chopped (optional - peas, carrots, sweetcorn)

Chilli (optional)

Basil or scent leaves for garnish (optional)
π³ Cooking Instructions

Peel and chop plantains into 1β2cm cubes. Add to a pot.

Empty in Made By Demand Jollof Sauce. Rinse the jar with water and add.

Stir in chilli and vegtables (if using). Cook on low heat for 10β15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once plantains are soft, remove from heat.

Garnish with basil or scent leaves. Serve hot.
