500g minced meat of choice (beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, or vegan mince)

200g bacon lardons (optional)

1 medium onion, chopped (optional)

2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

Vegetables of your choice, chopped (peas, carrots, sweetcorn, beans, etc.)

Chilli (optional)

Cheese of your choice, grated (optional, to serve)
🍳 Cooking Instructions

In a large pan, add your minced meat, bacon lardons (if using), onion, garlic, and chilli (if adding). Cook over medium-high heat until the meat browns and onions soften.

Pour in the Made By Demand Jollof Sauce. Rinse the jar with a little water to use every drop and add to the pan.

Add your chosen vegetables, stir gently, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, mix well, and serve over spaghetti or pasta of your choice.
