How to cook jollof with 3 ingredients (Serves 4)
- Empty 1 Made By Demand jollof sauce into a pot.
- Add 600mls of water (stock for more intense flavour).
- Add 2 cups of washed rice to pot.
- Mix everything gently and put on very low heat.
- Cover pot tightly to seal in the heat.
- Leave to cook for around 30 mins.
- Turm off the heat, mix well and enjoy.
